Dude #2
Sunday, January 15, 2012
Coworker likes to hang out with me, because after listening to stories about my dating life, she feels extra happy to have a husband. "After you and I went out, I just went home and hugged him so much!"

Thanks, Coworker.

Before date #2, I called S to prepare.
Me: I'm going on a brunch date tomorrow.
S: Order the lobster! And put it on your spreadsheet of free things you collected.
Me: [eye roll] C'mon S... lobster? For brunch?
What do you know. On the date itself Dude #2 told me that he makes $425/hour, and when I asked him what I should order, he opened the menu and pointed to a crab crepe. They do serve shellfish for brunch!Italic
Given new details about Dude #2's financial situation, I marveled at my luck, and began to congratulate myself... what an awesome online gold digger I am!! Unfortunately, he proceeded to spend the rest of brunch talking about how great he is at taking people's money and generally acting like a big jerk/bore.

I attempted to feign interest like a good trophy wife should do... but in the end, dammit why are the rich ones always annoying?!

---
Conclusion: online dating is not going so well.
(to answer your questions [1] he is a lawyer [2] the outrageously priced crepe was delicious!)

No, I don't have a facebook. This blog is my web presence, and if you want to reach me, it connects to my email.

Right now, I live in the bay area, but I tend to move around a lot. Staying in one place makes me so restless.
